How to cook a brisket is beyond the scope of this post, but this is the rub I use.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 Cup Hawaiian Salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Black Peppercorns<\/li>\n<li>1 TBSP Allspice\u00a0(Whole)<\/li>\n<li>1 TBSP Coriander (Whole)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions<\/h3>\n<p>In a clean coffee mill or spice grinder coarsely blend all the ingredients except the salt.
